2. 询问对方有无兴趣
? Are you interested in our products?
? Would you tell me what items you are interested in?

3. 介绍和推销商品
? Our products are made in a wide range of attractive styles and colors.
? Our products are rich-looking and beautiful
? Our products are attractive and eye-pleasing.
? Our products are appealing to the most selective buyers.
? Our products have already gained a strong footing in many markets.
4. 对询价的答复
? We can offer from stock.
? Your requirements are just under our consideration.
? We can assure you of our regular supply.
? We will endeavor to meet your requirements.
? No stock is available at present.
? The goods are in short supply.
5. 报价
? We are pleased to make you an offer for our products.
? We take pleasure in giving you an offer for our commodities.
? We have quoted you our lowest/best/ most favorable prices.
? This offer is valid for 10 days.
? This offer is open until the end of this month.
? Our offer remains firm until Jan 1st, 2004.

6. 对还价的答复
? We are considering accepting your counteroffer.
? In order to encourage business, we are prepared to make a reduction.

? We cannot grant the reduction you ask for.
7. 提出付款条件
